1.1. The gift voucher is issued by The Living Room Berry and can be redeemed at The Living Room Berry store or online at www.thelivingroomberry.com.au

1.2. The gift voucher is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.

1.3. The gift voucher remains the property of The Living Room Berry and must be surrendered upon request.

Validity and Expiry:
2.1. The gift voucher is valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase, as indicated on the voucher.

2.2. After the expiry date mentioned on the gift voucher, it becomes null and void, and no further use or reactivation is possible.

Redemption:
3.1. The gift voucher can only be redeemed for merchandise available in-store or online at www.thelivingroomberrycom.au

3.2. The total value of the gift voucher must be used in a single transaction. No change or credit will be given for any unused portion of the voucher.

3.3. If the value of the purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer using an alternative payment method.

3.4. The gift voucher cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers:
4.1. The Living Room Berry will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of the gift voucher.

4.2. Treat the gift voucher as you would cash. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

Refunds and Returns:
5.1. If a product purchased using the gift voucher is returned in accordance with our regular return policy, the refund will be provided in the form of store credit or a replacement product, not in cash.

Limitation of Liability:
6.1. To the extent permitted by law, The Living Room Berry will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase, use, or attempted use of the gift voucher, including any failure to accept or redeem the voucher.

Amendments and Updates:
7.1. The Living Room Berry reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

7.2. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be effective from the date they are published on our official website or displayed in-store.
